“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Siddha Enterprises.
“Client”, “Customer” refers to any individual or business placing an order with Siddha Enterprises.
“Products” refers to machined parts, fabricated assemblies, prototypes, or any deliverables manufactured by us.
“Job Work” means machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, or related services performed on the client-supplied material or drawings.
We provide conventional and CNC machining, machinable fabrication, TIG welding, structural work, assemblies, design-to-build solutions using materials like Stainless steel (SS316, SS316L, SS304, SS304L), Titanium (Grade 2, Grade 5), Hastelloy (C-22 and C-0276), Tantalum, Nickel, Delrin, Teflon, Acrylic, MS, etc.
Quotations are based on client specifications and are valid for 15 to 30 days. Price updates may occur from changes in material rates or market shifts.
Clients is expected to provide accurate drawings, tolerances, and finish requirements. Any substantial modifications after the production begins may incur additional cost and time.
Orders are confirmed only after written approval and advance payment. Prices depend on complexity, machining hours, materials, and tooling. GST and transport charges apply separately. Standard terms: 50% advance, balance before dispatch. Delayed payments may attract interest.
Company-supplied materials become non-refundable once cut. Client-supplied materials must be defect-free; breakage due to internal defects is client responsibility.
Timelines are estimated; delays may occur due to material shortages, technical challenges, machine breakdowns, or external factors.
All parts undergo standard inspection. Third-party inspections can be arranged at client’s cost.
Warranty covers workmanship defects only. Misuse, improper installation, wear & tear, or material faults are excluded.
Standard packing is provided; special packing is chargeable. Transit damage is not the responsibility of Siddha Enterprises.
Ownership transfers after full payment. Risk transfers once goods leave our premises.
If materials are procured or machining has begun, cancellation charges apply. Completed work cannot be cancelled.
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof. Valid claims may be repaired or remade. Refunds are discretionary.
We keep all client drawings, technical details, prototypes, and specifications confidential. Client designs remain their property. Our tooling, fixtures, and methods remain our IP.
Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or cost of job work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, power failures, strikes, machine breakdowns, or government restrictions.
All disputes fall under Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
